- Orders containing preorder item will not be shipped until all items are in stock. If you wish to receive in-stock items prior to pre-ordered items, you must place separate orders.
- Credit Cards are not billed until time of shipment. However, PayPal payment is required at time of order even for preorder items.
- We strive to ship your order promptly from our central warehouse. If your item is unavailable in our central warehouse, we may ship from one of our distributors or manufacturer partners.
Shipping time estimates are from date of shipment.
- For UPS Expedited shipping the cut off time is normally 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. You may wish to speak with a sales representative at 413-625-8307 to verify stock availability. Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
- International Orders will be shipped with commercial invoices and stated value as required by law. Customers are expected to pay duty as required by their countries. Please note when selecting UPS Ground to Canada or Mexico that UPS charges service fees on top of import duty fees.
